Happy Monday, Sis! 

You know what today is?

It's the day that you shake off the clouds of doubt...

Stand boldly in the face of giants....

And blow a kiss to yourself in the mirror...

Because TODAY, we're Making some Power Moves!

I don't know about you ..... 

But I've been TOTALLY distracted lately. 

Not sure if it's the weather - with its constant high and low temps 

Or maybe it's just Me? 

All I know is....

I have been sleeping in more. 

Netflixing when I should be working on my business strategy.    

And eating more junkables than I should 

On a DAILY.   

Girl, It's like I'm in the Zone.

AUTOZONE!  

Almost as if, I'm just going through each day on Auto-Pilot 

And instead of Making POWER Moves? 

I'm JUST doing A LOT of MOVING around. 

Anybody feel like this right now? 

Like we're ALWAYS on the go, but not getting much accomplished? 

Well Sis, TODAY is Our DAY! 

Day of CALLING Out

So, we can COME OUT and STAY OUT! 

Don't get stuck in the mud of busyness, Sis. 

This is the home of DISTRACTION.  

If you need a rest day, then take one. 

Clear your head. 

Turn off the noise. 

Do some self-care. 

Then get back to Work. 

Remember your WHY. 

And let your WHY be the reason WHY you get it accomplished. 

We don't have time for distractions, Sis. 

It's Time to Make a POWER Move! 

CHECK IN #2 - What are You Listening to and WHAT messages are You receiving? 

Lately, I've been watching A LOT of movies. 

And really shouldn't be, 

because I really don't have time to waste. 

But I've been in this 'I'm Resting' fog, and I called myself 

taking some much-needed downtime.  

But guess, what? 

I wasn't really resting - like I told myself I was. 

Instead, I was Watching foolishness.

Listening to foolishness 

And entertaining foolishness. 

The bible says

" So then Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God." (Romans 10:17 KJV) 

So if faith comes by what we hear - 

Guess what else does? 

Foolishness. 

Fear.

Doubt and Discouragement.

Confusion, Lust, Desires...

TEMPTATIONS!! 

The mind is a powerful weapon, Sis. 

One that is highly skilled & trained for daily survival.

One that uses memorization as its source of intelligence.

One that has a sharp Quick Fire rapid response system. 

And yet, One that is susceptible for Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Attack 

At any given moment, On any given day. 

Sis, we gotta protect our minds at ALL costs. 

And this starts with WHO and WHAT we listen to. 

Remember that old saying, "Garbage In, Garbage Out" 

You know this is true, right?

As I evaluate my few weeks of operating in the AUTO Zone, 

I realized; I had unintentionally been exposing myself. 

to a number of unwarranted attacks. 

Watching "romance" movies, or should I say "Lust" movies. 

Hearing them 'songs' or should I say 'memories of times past.' 

As well as all that 'negative' talk, cussing and going on. 

All I know is, I have been a TOTAL 'Negative Nancy" lately.  

Somewhere, the 'Garbage" had gone IN.  

And when I found 'complaining' about everything but GOD at work 

I realized; the "Garbage" was coming OUT. 

Guard Your MIND, Sis. 

Don't allow seemingly 'harmless' situations to  

To rob you of your most sacred space: 

PEACE OF MIND. 

Exposing Our mind to the elements 

Hinders our productivity. 

Stifles our prosperity and your health. 

Challenges our ability to flow in ON PURPOSE  

By limiting your POWER to make the right Moves. 

But TODAY is Monday! 

You ready to get BACK on TASK?

It's YOUR World, Girl! 

So don't just take it by Storm, 

BUT allow the Storms to guide you to your next SUCCESS. 

With God, we have the POWER to walk on the Water. 

So, Saddle up Sis!
