Morning Confessions

I love it when readers share how they use our blogs....based on that feedback I decided to share a few additional confessions / affirmations.

Before you start your workday, reciting affirmations based on scripture can help ground you in faith, provide guidance, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Here are some affirmations inspired by scripture that you can recite:

1. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13

2. "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me." - Psalm 28:7

3. "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." - Proverbs 16:3

4. "I am fearfully and wonderfully made." - Psalm 139:14

5. "The Lord will guide me always." - Isaiah 58:11

6. "I will trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding." - Proverbs 3:5

7. "I am a child of God and have been equipped with unique gifts and talents to fulfill my purpose." - 1 Corinthians 12:4-6

8. "I will be diligent in my work, knowing that it is a reflection of my service to the Lord." - Colossians 3:23-24

9. "I will be patient and kind in my interactions with others, reflecting the love of Christ." - 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

10. "I will not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, I will present my requests to God." - Philippians 4:6

Remember to personalize these affirmations according to your specific work and circumstances. By reciting these affirmations regularly, you can draw strength and inspiration from the timeless wisdom found in scripture, allowing it to guide and empower you throughout your workday.
